We just hit a record-breaking month for UGC sales. How are we seeing record sales? Thanks to the incredible things you’re building.

This is a big milestone. Creator token earnings from room and Watch store sales have increased 47% year-over-year.

A lot of that momentum came from creators making items in Avatar Studio. And creator-made avatar items are now significantly outselling our first-party avatar content.

The shift from our content to your content is exciting, and we expect it to continue. Players clearly love the unique, creative, and expressive options that you, our creator community, are making for them. What makes this even more impressive is that Avatar Studio access has been pretty limited so far.

We deliberately started with a small group of creators as the Avatar Studio tool is still in the early stages. All of the early joiners helped us iron out the workflow and onboarding, providing feedback on how to improve our systems and processes. With creators already finding success, we’re ready to expand.
